The theme-styles directory is (deprecated): its contents is not packaged and not integrated with drupal.org. You have to put your styles in a subdirectory of the 'themes/persian' (eg 'themes/persian/pastorale'). -- Dries Buytaert :: http://www.buytaert.net/
