Here are some real stats for two sites:
Site 1: 43,703 out of 2,830,400 hits (1.54%) were IE5/Mac users. Site 2: 23,175 out of 2,678,670 hits (0.09%) were IE5/Mac users.
Nearly half the Mac users were using IE5.
