Thanks for the clarification. A couple of months ago I sent a question to the support mailing list with a question about development *with* Drupal and I was told that I should send those questions to the development list. John On Wed, Mar 30, 2011 at 10:11 PM, Anth <malkouna@yahoo.com.au> wrote:
Hi John,
It wasn't until a recent discussion that I understood the differences between the mailing lists. I took support, as did you, to be about using/installing/configuring Drupal and it's modules, and development to be if you were writing code to achieve something in Drupal. What was made clear to me recently is that development is about development *of* Drupal not development *with* Drupal if that makes the distinction clear.
Antoine's solution is a good one for a small number of menus and has the benefit of being able to be done without code.

Antoine,
Thanks for the reply I will pass it over to our configuration person. The reason why I asked it on this list is that I thought that I would have to use some hook to alter it.
Thanks again,
John

Hi John,
This is a support question and should be posted to the support mailing list, not the development mailing list. Please see http://drupal.org/community for additional support options.
To quickly answer your question, the most obvious answer seems to be to create multiple menu's and use the block's path filter feature to control which menu block is shown on which page.
Cheers,
Antoine

Within the following url "/admin/build/block" I have a region called "Header Top" and within it I have 3 blocks assigned to it. One of the 3 blocks called "primary links" has 6 links and one of those links called "Home" has a URL link to the main page. I would like to vary the URL of the "Home" link depending on the current page URL. How would I implement this?
Thanks,
John
