It's not a process we're gonna agree on overnight, but I think it's one we should work towards.

if need to be, I can write docs on what I plan, that's OK. And while I know there is no clear cut answer here, what's the "size" of the change when you need to roll such a doc? Or, simply, it's "big change" and we rely on common sense? Regards NK
