"you own no projects" gets my vote because there is the likelyhood of the person clicking on the link being a developer wanting to contribute.
I would say, display a link "My own projects" when a user has projects and display the link "All projects" when a user has no "own" projects. In case usability experts disagree with having useless links, it may be best not to display the link at all for useris without projects.
