Would be very helpful, in my opinion. In addition to the fields on the page, it would be nice to have snippets describing all the critical bugs, etc. All you need to do is implement some decent SQL queries and put them in a PHP page... all drupal.org admins can do this, afaik....

every project has a statistics page already. see http://drupal.org/project/issues/statistics for the drupal project. further, anyone is welcome to contribute patches to project.module to make this page and others better. no dependency on drupal.org admins
