[development] can we move "service directory" requests to the webmasters issue queue?

any reason to spam the entire development list with these threads? everyone who can actually do anything about these requests is probably already on the webmasters@d.o list. for future reference: http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/webmasters/task the webmasters@d.o list gets pinged on all new issues in this queue, so this will still generate an email to the right set of people. thanks, -derek p.s. is there a handbook page somewhere that says to email devel about this? if so, can someone please edit it to provide the above instructions, instead? thanks again.
