[development] Module Dependency checker for 4.7

yesterday i came across a way for modules to do simple dependency checking using a neat form api trick, so today i coded it up and posted here: http://drupal.org/node/54463 it's all in the notes. basically, if you have a module that is dependent on any other module, you can drop in the code on that page, set your dependenices, and be good to go. lemme know if i missed anything. i tested a fair amount today, and as far as i can tell it works perfectly. chad
