with proper MySQL unicode support in 4.7 drupal now works perfectly with Arabic, the only problem is writing an RTL theme is a pain since drupal.css assumes LTR, you have to actually override any css statement that gives different values for left and right (margins, padding, borders, float, etc.). believe it or not when it comes to RTL table based layouts are much better since tables flip direction. cheers, Alaa -- http://www.manalaa.net "context is over-rated. who are you anyway?"
