[development] Ken's list of Enterprise needs

I think Ken's idea of having 3 Drupal developers at his company, including a team leader whose job will include going to Drupal conferences and maintaining strong ties with the Drupal community is a clever solution to possible divergence between Drupal core values and enterprise needs.
