[development] No moderation for 4.7

I just found out that there is no 4.7 moderation solution at present. As some may recall, the queue module was taken out 10 months ago from core and moved to contrib. It has not been updated since and is not FormAPI compatible. The same is true for nmoderation, which is 4.6 only at present. Anyone has something in the works on the above two, or has something else planned?
