I hope we do not need to support PHP4 until 2012. I hoped for SimpleXML and SQLite but oh well. Still, I will use PHP5 array functions in Drupal6 and use parts PHP_Compat to keep compatible with PHP4. The speed penalty of this solution is just a function call instead of inlining. Regards NK
