I'm 99% sure that we wouldn't need permission - stating a fact is a fact and the fact is that Yahoo is using drupal internally - but then again I'm not a lawyer.
I don't think they would mind, but I do think that the "It's nice to asked" policy would apply. I think that we should at least ask and make sure that they do not mind. Also the fact they they do want to protect their trade marks and do not want use diluting it. Gordon.
