That was the point exactly. Thank you for making it clearer! That said - and I think I'm just re-stating Bèr's point here - some bare minimum amount of styling in drupal.css to handle things like local task menu tabs should exist. The real tasks here: 1) Make sure XHTML is clean and degrades nicely. (For times when there are NO style sheets whatsoever) 2) Add a bare minimum of styling in drupal.css (For times when there are NO style sheets in the selected theme) Sorry, I'm just adding to the noise.
