[development] Theme for my module

I have module which displays a form with 3 fields. To reaarange the form horizontally should I use #theme or #prefix and #suffix or should I edit in style.css I gave the name PRODUCTCODE but it get displays as "PRODUCTCODE *:"* *':' from which file is this getting added?* -- *Pavithra M* *9535011565*
