You cant be more wrong ;) take a look at http://drupal.org/project/smfforum , this is in violation of GPL as per this latest discussion.
Yes but I questioned the sanity the whole of the discussion. To sum up: How could be any code designed by its author to be under the GPL be in violation of the GPL?
