Bootstrap broke xmlrpc hopeless. And that library was a pain to work
with. This one, though is much more transparent. Only date and base64
objects require special handling, everything else is totally
transparent.

I put a module in my sandbox which makes Drupal validate against
validate.xmlrpc.com and is a nice example on how to use the new
library.
