One last question on this issue. As a Drupal developer I am not alien to the concept of BC breaking. Where is the "update your script to PHP 5.0" and "to 5.0.5" handbook page?

I don't know of a document, this is only possible to test with a trial and error method, ie. try to use Drupal on PHP 5.0.5/4.4.0, and see what errors you get. Drupal was made capable of running on PHP 5.x the same way before. Goba
