Larry Rosen, the author of the book in the first link, is one of the lawyers my company consults with.

So the question that the list should debate: what are the questions that a lawyer should answer for us? Larry Rosen looks like a good candidate. (Or maybe two lawyers? One in the EU, one in the USA)
