It might be nice to for contrib authors to be able to update their modules now so that a) they still feel compelled to since Drupal 5 is still the current release, and b) so there's at least a short lag between needing to update code for Drupal 5.2 and needing to update it for Drupal 6.
Please file detailed and specific bugs against 5.x if any APIs have changed which break contributed modules. This should not happen. -- Neil Drumm http://delocalizedham.com
