That's why I was asking. :) I think CCK makes a lot of sense for profile fields in the long run. Will CCK be in D6 core though?
Dries has said several times that he wants to see (more of) CCK in code so I guess that patches towards that aim will be warmly received. I don't know if there is any ongoing work though. I don't know what Dries things about profiles as nodes. Cheers, Gerhard
