[drupal-devel] improving the book module?

Is there anyone interested in improving the book module and can help out codewise? There are some ideas being bounced around on the docs list, such as offline editing, editing multiple pages at once (moving, deleting, etc), reducing the number of steps it takes to edit etc. But without the code to back it up, people are really just fussing at each other. ^.^; Anisa.
