I used to contribute, but got unpublished or deleted, reason is that i was annoying the webmasters by my comments, I got voted out. This is one example of their valid reason. This is just for everybody's information. On Thu, Nov 19, 2009 at 10:05 AM, Randy Fay <randy@randyfay.com> wrote:
Reviewing CVS applications:
I had no idea that it was an issue queue. And it says nothing about the process on the project page.
The process is not open, as it's undocumented. The conversation may be open, but the process is not. It's not stated who the decisionmakers are, how one would participate in the process, or any of the other details.
Could someone who has the privileges to edit the project page please edit it to include this information, and to mention how exactly the public can participate?
Thanks, -Randy

Question:
I see lots of "increase reviews before project node" proposals here, but did *anyone* of you *ever* review any single CVS application?
...
Even when the process is totally open for everyone.
I had no idea this was open. I've never seen the fact advertised.
I've added a new child page (stub) here:
http://drupal.org/getting-involved
Perhaps you could expand on the procedures and criteria for evaluating applications?
Best,
Matt
