What did you guys think of my idea to have a set of settings ie : theme selection, block configuration, theme settings == a section (or perhaps a 'view'). And then creating a 'multiview' module, which allows you to define more sections (or views), which have different access rules. The section with the largest weight that's access rules return true, gets used for display. It's also a great way to do the different front page theme thing. For speed, the access rules can get cached into php, and you can provide a decent set of access rules to choose from. It would simplify the default theme configuration, the default block configuration etc. and provide a useful unified interface for all the functionality we already have. - -- Adrian Rossouw Drupal developer and Bryght Guy http://drupal.org | http://bryght.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (Darwin) iD8DBQFC4DYygegMqdGlkasRAmtQAKCaZ5Y0DEJCB3jLW29apXVZQCeL+gCbBElE h/gEX4uoHtoZRWvohn/Te5E= =OgGY -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
