We've been working with her send, premium and guestpass modules. We've found a bunch of bugs, submitted some patches and have tried pinging her to see if she's still maintaining these. Anyone seen her around? Thanks, Dan
I guess not ;) Ok - part II - what do we do next? We're using these modules - they need patches and the maintainer is not around (I emailed her last week a couple of times). We want to contribute this code back - should we fork it? Dan

If there is no offical maintainer, then take over temporary maintainership of the module. I am doing that with the invite module, after trying to contact the maintainer and posting about it here. On 6/1/06, Dan Robinson <dan@civicactions.com> wrote:

No, you should provide patches in the issue tracker. If somebody takes a vacation for a week or two this does not indicate lost interest in the modules... Cheers, Gerhard
actually it has been more than a couple weeks... ;)

When I last talked to vauxia, she said that she was working on a round of updates for premium.module for a client. I was interested in getting a major patch to it committed. It sounds like she's been very busy and unable to respond quickly to issue reports, but I haven't heard anything that indicated she's 'abandoning' the modules. --Jeff

actually she surfaced - so no problem. I think we may have been the customer for the premium module - not sure. Anyway all is good now :). We'll submit patches and hopefully they'll get committed.

I've seen her comment on issues very recently, so she's around. She may simply be very busy.
