Ok - part II - what do we do next? We're using these modules - they need patches and the maintainer is not around (I emailed her last week a couple of times). We want to contribute this code back - should we fork it?

We've been working with her send, premium and guestpass modules. We've found a bunch of bugs, submitted some patches and have tried pinging her to see if she's still maintaining these. Anyone seen her around?
