[drupal-devel] invite others
Should we invite a few other people on info@drupal.org to help respond to e-mails? If so, any candidates? -- Dries Buytaert :: http://www.buytaert.net/

What kind of requests are sent to that address? Wouldn't it make more sense to let people add issues to the issue tracker instead? In any case you can put me on that list if you want. Cheers, Gerhard

Questions like: - Can Drupal do this ...? - How do I ...? - Can you add my site to the site listing on drupal.org? - CVS account requests. - Spam. Spam. Spam. - ... The truth is that people send us e-mail without having researched the available communication channels or without having read the Drupal documentation. We point them to the proper documentation in a friendly manner, and provide information where necessary. -- Dries Buytaert :: http://www.buytaert.net/

The use of the address for the Drupal community seems quite limited. I suggest providing a link to the search and project module pages instead. Cheers, Gerhard
