OK, I started a wiki page at Bryght's wiki: http://dev.bryght.com/t/wiki/OSCMSSummary The goal is to collaboratively create a document that can be copy- posted into a forum topic on Drupal.org. The document is meant to be a brief summary with a strong focus on concrete action points. I'll take a snapshot of the document within 24-48 hours so please take 5 minutes to extend this document. -- Dries Buytaert :: http://www.buytaert.net/

I posted some of my hand written notes from the sessions I attended here http://baheyeldin.com/technology/drupal/notes-from-the-vancouver-drupal-conf... Nothing detailed, but may jog some people's memory. Feel free to copy/paste from it as you see fit.

A number of people already provided their summaries. Keep 'em coming. Thanks. -- Dries Buytaert :: http://buytaert.net/

Sticking my neck out here, but... I have no idea what a "CCK" is. I've seen the acronym tossed around on the lists before, but since I am new to the lists and maybe this depth of either general or Drupal specific technical talk, it is just flying over my head. Is this a module? It might be a good idea to say what CCK is in that document first time it is mentioned with (CCK) after it as DEP does. I would not suggest doing the same for more common ones like HTML or CSS :) - Thanks, Ken I'm reading this now and I have no idea what new to the "CCK" acroynymn On Feb 19, 2006, at 9:15 AM, Dries Buytaert wrote:

I agree that terms like CCK should not be taken for granted. I gotta run now (sorry) but maybe someone else can edit the story to make it more accessible to non-developers? -- Dries Buytaert :: http://www.buytaert.net/
