I am working with Drupal 7, and my experience so far has been very good. I am using a custom subtheme with zen as base theme.

I am trying to remove the small gear icon on the blocks, when you hover onto a block, and allows you to configure the block. At the moment this is only for admin login, and I want to disable or remove it.
