This has a lot of rough edges, in partiuclar with asking the user for duplicate information. This is particularly useful for payment activities or payment methods that require the permanence of a user account - for example, a recurring transaction or a CIM interface will need to 'stick around' so that the user can log in and make changes to the transaction later.
