This moves into a whole new direction, and is not a port of the 5.x version. Now the client acts as an active client, allowing you to translate *your* Drupal site with on-page translation. Due to changes in Drupal features, this is only possible with Drupal 6. The 5.x 'translation sharing' functionality might come back in a later iteration.
