There are one or two places where SQL queries may (or may not) be MySQL-specific; will fix these by using functions provided by Drupal for that purpose (the "LIMIT" keyword is the issue). Improved documentation is coming. Need to test with Drupal 4.5 (only 4.6 tested so far).
