This is currently abstracted/decoupled from the use of Pay. There's so much common functionality for Authorize.Net's payment functionality that I thought it useful to write a usage-agnostic API for Authorize.Net at large. Thus, you'll find everything you need to write functions against Authorize.Net's CIM API, but no code that does that. I will update pay_method_gateway_authorizenet.inc to do this, because Pay provides the UI and storage necessary to be useful.
