Added hds templates to place in the themes Added DS configurations on message type and stream basis to set build modes dynamically. Soon there will be a better approach on the two build mode settings. Added documentation in the code of heartbeat_example to explain what i am doing there and what you can do with the hooks. Made some changes in heartbeat core to take more custom and dynamic settings.
