This version of nodecomment is intended to work *with* comment.module. It form alters the node type page and allows the administrator to select normal Drupal comments or a node type for comments. If using a node type it then allows selecting a view and a plural form. This is a rough checkin. It seems to work with very limited testing, there are a couple of big TODO items left.
