Fixed menu items of node translations are not found in the menu upon form submit (required by modules like pathauto); needs another core patch now. Updated Drupal core patches. Fixed cached menu is not reset after creating/editing a menu item translation. Improved translatable_get_destination() to work with internal paths instead of aliases by default. Further code clean-up.
