[support] translation views using localizer

Hello, I'm having trouble translating views using localizer, how do I translate the headers and other texts? Also I've noticed that when viewing view pages using ie and firefox, I get different results. Ie seems to only show nodes in the appropriate language, while firefox shows everything. Idan
