[support] cck,views upgrade from drupal 5 to drupal 6

HI  Friends,     I want to upgrade my site from  drupal5 to drupal6 .Can any one say me how to do upgrade for cck, views and I want the contents of the db of drupal5 for cck,views to be in drupal6 db......Can any 1 tel me how to do tat...
