[support] Administer OG group users

Hi All, I am working on a project where i need to allow OG admin to administer group (create, edit and block) users from site. My requirement is very similar to the one explained here http://drupal.org/node/696664 I would like to know if anyone has modules or workaround to achieve this. I tried OG user roles [1] and Userplus [2] module but nothing is closer to what i need. Any pointers pertaining to this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
