[support] charset, litejazz

      Guten Tag Support Support,

hi, i'm using litejazz from roopletheme. This site is working perfect
with Firefox and google chrome.
But in Internet Explorer 6 !! Content !! won't be displayed.
changing charset in IE6 will work only till next reload.
How can i change the default charset from UTF-8 to a charset that IE6
will work with ?
