[support] NetBeans 6.1 support for Drupal 6.x : Documentation and Plugin

      Hello Everyone,

We have come up with documentation to run a Drupal based website through 
NetBeans 6.1 editor. Also, we have developed a plugin to assist the 
Drupal Module development. Both of these have been published over here
