[support] getting file url in email

Hi, I've did a lot of reading and posting and for the life of me I can't get the url to a file to be sent in an email. So am I correct in thinking it can not yet be done? Using actions and trigger module to send me an email after a page is created or updated. I'm hoping I mist it or just misunderstoon something.
