[support] "Printer friendly" link in node hierachy child page

Am using the printable and node hierarchy module with which i have created several child pages, my problem is that i get to see the "printer friendly" link in the parent page but it is not visible in the created child pages, how will i modify node hierarchy so that the child pages to have the " printer friendly" link ? -- David Njuki.
