Go to Administer > Store Administration > Configuration > Cart settings > Cart settings tab In the "Add to cart redirect" textbox, enter '<none>'. That should give you the desired behavior. If I already have an ubercart shopping cart within the right sidebar block can I configure my Product content type so it does not go to another page when the "add to cart" button is clicked and just increments to the shopping cart (that is contained within the right sidebar block) which it already does.
