[support] XML in Drupal

I have been exploring various strategies for reusing content for print and website use, and have concluded that XML/XSL is the best candidate for this. I have explored the Drupal website but can't find a simple explanation for how to import XML into my Drupal site. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA Sue
