[support] users unable to edit their own comments...

Hi, I just updated views to 6.x-2.16 and forum_access to 6.x-1.7, and now my users are not allowed to edit their own comments. Only administrator can. How can I fix it? I checked user-permissions, but I can not find anything like "edit own comments". Did it just dissapeared, or was never there? But definitelly, before upgrading users could edit their own comments, now they can not...
