[support] module CCK Gallery : where is content type CCK Image ?

Hello, I installed module CCK_Gallery and activated it (with required dependencies like imageCache and imageAPI ..etc..). The module instructions mention a content type 'CCK Image' that should be created. However cannot find it in Content Type. Did I missed something ?
