[support] How to make "Send subscriptions notifications" not pre-checked

I am using Subscriptions module for notifying users. Currently "Send subscriptions notifications" is pre-checked by default under publishing options, I wonder if there is a way to make it not checked by default. Can anyone give me some hints? Thanks
