[support] Add a redirect to every outgoing link to a certain domain?

Is there a way to add a redirect to every outgoing link to a certain domain. So every link to domain x.com with be: redirect.com/?x.com And if possible I'd like to add something after the x.com link. So the link would be: redirect.com/?x.com&something Thanks & Bye! /Mattias
