[support] Setting up Primary Links with Secondary Links dependent on Primary

hello, i migrate to dto drupal from joomla so i am a newbie here. i want to do this: http://drupal.org/node/263438. i have drupal 5.14 and the minarelli template. I don't understand what i have to do to show the 2nd level primary links as secondary links.
